IMPORTANT: HealthScore AI is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The nutritional information provided by the App is:

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate nutritional information, the AI-generated analysis is an estimate based on visual recognition and may contain inaccuracies. Actual nutritional values can vary based on:

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

HealthScore AI offers premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions managed by RevenueCat and Apple. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee as displayed in the App
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases

Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealthScore AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and posting the updated terms in the App or on this website.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.
